Mudgee Certified Denominational Roman Catholic School

1870

The Roman Catholic school, under Mr. Kevin, is in excellent order, the discipline being unusually good. G. Coleman's writing was splendid, and J. Grogan's good. George Coleman's Pons Asinorum was correctly crossed, and demonstrated on the B.Bi (Euclid, prop. V.). T. Grogan stood first in equations, but for neatness of execution J. Coleman. The upper classes appear to be very proficient in geography, their answers to questions upon N.S.W. being remarkably prompt and correct. There were seventy-eight in attendance1 .
