The Minister for Education informs Mr. C. A. Kelly. M.L.A. for Bathurst. as follows: 'I desire to inform you that I have given careful consideration to the request that no action be taken to demolish and remove the school building and residence at Crudine In the light of your personal representations and a report which has been submitted to me. I have now decided to cancel the previous decision In this regard and no action will be taken at the present time to remove the buildings In question. Mr Peter Carroll or 'Medicine Waters,'. Crudine Roadside Mail, via Ilford. and Mr. G. F. Leigh, or Fairview, Crudine, via Ilford, are two of the signatories forwarded by you4

REVOCATION OF A GRANT
WHEREAS under section 25 of the Crown Lands Consolidation Act, 1913, power is given for the revocation of any Crown land dedicated by the Crown: Now, therefore, I do hereby declare that all preliminary action has been taken in connection with the revocation of the grant of the area described hereunder, and I do hereby revoke the said grant in so far as it applies to or affects the area described hereunder.
