BEAUTIFYING MUDGEE
Enthusiastic Volunteers
MUDGEE, Monday.
The construction of a weir on the Cudgegong River has been completed by voluntary labor, and a scheme to beautify the river park is now engaging the interest of citizens. The ground has been surveyed, and plans prepared to make the park one of the best outside Sydney. The whole of the work is being done by citizens, under the direction of Mr. J. E. Loneragan, who bring their own tools and devote every Saturday afternoon to the work1
