MUDGEE FATALITY.
MUDGEE, Monday.
Cecil Grady, 34, proprietor of the Sydney Hotel, Mudgee, who was seriously injured in a motor car smash on Christmas Day, died on Saturday. The funeral took place on Sunday, and was largely attended1

RETIRING WITH CREDIT.
Mr. and Mrs. Morgan O'Brien, who have conducted the dining department of the Sydney Hotel for a long period, are retiring on account of the new licensee taking over that section herself. Mr. and Mrs. O'Brien are going back to Botobolar, and they will carry with them the goodwill of a large body of friends. Sydney Hotel
THE well-known Sydney Hotel has changed hands, the new proprietor being Mr. A. K. Howlett, who comes with the reputation of being a good citizen and keen sport. The transfer of the licence from Mr. D. Bowler was but through at the Licensing Court this morning4 .
