A mill belonging to Mr. Dickson stands at the east end of Market-street, in which two pair of stones are driven by an engine of twelve horse-power. Sixteen tons of flour can be produced a week working till 10 p.m., and the wheat of the Mudgee district is said to be as strong as any in the colony, but a little darker than the Bathurst wheat produces1 .
