Hotel Licence Transfer

AT the Mudgee Licensing Court this morning the licence of the Federal Hotel was transferred from Frederick Elliott to Archie Theodore Fuller3 .

Hotel Changes

MR Fuller, who has held the licence of the Federal Hotel since Mr. Cummlng, the previous host, took over the Oriental, is leaving for Sydney to-morrow, having disposed of the Federal to Mr. Parsons. The Rugby League will receive an accession of strength by the advent of Mr. Parsons, who Is head of a noted football family4 .

BOOTH LICENCE

MR L. V. Parsons, of the Federal Hotel, was at the Mudgee Licensing Court this morning, granted a booth licence for the Bligh races to-morrow and Wednesday5 .

Hotel Transfers

The Federal Hotel licence, held by Albert James Dukes, was transferred to Hilton William Delaney. Messrs G and Spring and Donnelly appeared for the various, parties6 .

Nine NSW venues found selling alcohol to underage drinkers
Mudgee’s Federal Hotel has also had licence conditions imposed, after a 15-year-old boy in a taxi bought 10 cans of premixed spirits at the drive-through in August last year, only to return less than 40 minutes later to buy 10 more cans7 .
