No Teacher. - It looks as if we are not going to have a teacher appointed to this school, although there are quite enough children to entitle us to some consideration by the Education Department2 .

Torbane School Building relocated to Vulcan School

Workmen connected with the Education Department are demolishing the public school at Torbane with a view to Its re-erection at Vulcan Siding. It is expected that the work will be completed at Vulcan within the next six weeks3 .

REVOCATION OF DEDICATIONS
WHEREAS under section 25 of the Crown Lands Consolidation Act, 1913, power is given for the revocation of any Crown land dedicated by the Crown: Now, therefore, I do hereby declare that all preliminary action has been taken in connection with the revocation of the dedications of the areas described hereunder, and I do hereby revoke the said dedications in so far as they apply to or affect the areas described hereunder.
