1853

At the Annual Licensing Meeting held at Mudgee on 19 April 1953 John Walton was granted a General Publicans License to operate the Rylstone Tavern at Rylstone. his house situate or in Louis Street in the Township of Rylstone1 .

1856

16 April 1856 John Walton was granted a licence for the Rylstone Tavern, in Lowee Street, Rylstone. His sureties were James Fletcher, of near Rylstone, and Jethro White, of Rockville. John Walton was the proprietor and the Tavern was 1/4 mile from the nearest licenced premises2 .

1857

On 21 April 1957 John Walton, victualler of Rylstone, was granted a General Licence Publican for the Rylstone Tavern situated in Rylstone. Jethro White of Rockville and James Fraser of Rylstone were his sureties3 .

1858

On 20 April 1858 John Walton was granted a Publican's General License for the house where he lived in Loowee Street in Rylstone, being the sign of the Rylstone Tavern. His sureties were Edward Dowd, settler, of Pinnacle Swamp, and John Purvis, stonemason, os Rylstone4 .

On 17 April 1860 John Walton, of Rylstone, was granted a Publican's General License for the Rylstone Tavern in Loowee Street Rylstone. His sureties were James Brown of Rylstone and Edward Dowd of Pinnacle Swamp5 .

In 1866 John Walton was granted a Publicam's License for the Rylstone Tavern, Rylstone.
