(From our Correspondent.
'Marloo,' the property of Mr. J. W. Jackson, situated about 10 miles from town, on the Rylstone-Glen Alice road, is a striking illustration of what energy and enterprise will do when directed in the right channel. 'Marloo' has been occupied by Mr. Jackson about 6 years. Previous to his occupation of it, it belonged to the Dabee estate, and was a primitive wilderness, but to one coming on this 'oasis' the district improvement is at once noticeable. Mr. Jackson believes in everything being done well, and he has carried out that idea to the letter on his model estate, which, as the timber gradually dies out, will rank amongst the best grazing properties of the district1 .
