LAND SALE.
Messrs. Mitchell and Malone and H. E. A. Wells and Co., in conjunction, announce in this issue that they will sell on Saturday, June 20, at 12 o'clock, at Mudgee, under instructions from Mr. Peter Mara, his well-known 'Cumbo' property, situated at Wollar. This is a choice bit of country, and there should be keen competition for it1 .

Land Sale
Mr. G. Robinson, who has just purchased Mr. P. Mara's property at Cumbo, owned another property at the same place until just recently, when he disposed of it to Mr. Elijah MarskelI.
Messrs. Mitchell and Malone and H. E. A. Wells and Co. report having sold the whole of Mr. Peter Mara's property on Saturday last. No. 1 Block realised £1 9s per acre and No. 2 block £2, both falling to the bid of Mr. George Robinson, of Wollar2 .
