Comprising 525 acres freehold, 919 acres c.p., and 780 acres c.l., 2234 acres in all which include some of the best land in the Capertee Valley, rich black soil the best of lucerne and maize land about, 150 acres of which is cleared and cultivated. The whole healthy good sheep country, permanently watered by Coco Creek (a running stream) and springs. Nearly all ringbarked, enclosed and sub-divided by sheep proof fencing.
