On 5 December 1936, Henry McFarlane Glass, of Home Rule, sold Cooyallie to Neil Manifold Little, formerly of Trundle, now of Home Rule. Cooyallie comprised Conditional Purchase No 1926/43 being Portion No 99, Parish Wyaldra, County Phillip 187.1 acres, Conditional Purchase No 1932/16 being Portion 259, Parish Eurundury, County Phillip, 10 acres, and Settlement purchase of Portions 282, 275, and 276, County Eurundury, County Phillip 568 acres. "Cooyallie" Sold.
GEORGE Priddle, stock and property salesman, Mudgee, reports having just completed the direct sale, of "Cooyallie" property situated between Mudgee and Gulgong, at a satisfactory cash price on account of Mr. H. M. Glass to Mr. Neil. M. Little of Trundle, a most practical young man in all stock and farming pursuits, intends putting a good area of this property under lucerne and otherwise improving it. Mr. Priddle reports having also sold two other properties and has three other properties under negotiations1
