PROPERTY SALE.
Crossing and Cox report having completed the sale on account of Mr. T. H. Cox, of his "Yourie" property of 1620 acres, situated in Capertee Valley, 10 miles from the railway station, to a direct southern buyer. This is the sixth property sale effected by the firm during the past few weeks1
