Mr. C. Buchanan, of the Ulan Hotel, is effecting great improvements in that home. He is spending a lot of money on the improvements, and when they are completed the hotel building will be thoroughly up-to-date. Besides the hotel, Mr. Buchanan also runs a general store, and altogether does a very fine business1

LICENCE TRANSFERRED
AT the Mudgee Licensing Court this morning the licence of the UIan Hotel was transferred from Mrs Kane to Mr Arthur Deards2 .
