HAVE received instructions from Mrs. Goodridge, who is leaving the district, to sell by public auction on the premises,“Goodridge's Boarding House,” opposite Mechanics' Institute, Perry-street, on TUESDAY next, 28th January, at 11 o'clock sharp, without reserve,
The whole of the household furniture and effects used in connection with the boarding house, consisting of double and single bedsteads and bedding, tables, chairs, tanks, stove, crockery, cooking utensils, and sundries too numerous to mention.
No reserve. Terms cash.
Sale starts punctually at 11 o'clock, in consequence of such a number of lots2 .
