Roy Hofmeier and Vikki Williams purchased Blue Wren from the Anderson family in 2005. They have since slimmed down the vineyards to 2.28 ha of shiraz, 1.39 ha of verdelho and 0.9 ha of merlot, and retained Michael Slater as winemaker1 .
