The chapel was erected as a memorial to Henry Charles White who died on February 24, 1905, aged 67.
The chapel is built of uncoursed squared stone. The chapel is lit by a triple lancet window with stained glass representing St. Peter and St. Paul.
The architect was Harold Hardwick1
