IT is hereby notified, for public information, that, in accordance with the provisions of the 26th section of the Crown Lands Consolidation Act, 1913, the undermentioned gentlemen are hereby appointed as Trustees respectively of the portions of land herein after particularised, namely: -
Literary Institute Site, village of Clandulla, county of Roxburgh, area 1 rood, dedicated 17th September, 1920:-

REVOCATION OF DEDICATIONS
WHEREAS under section 25, Crown Lands Consolidation Act, 1913, power is given for the revocation of any dedication of Crown land dedicated by the Crown: Now, therefore, 1 declare that all preliminary action has been taken in connection with the revocation of the dedications of the areas described hereunder, and I revoke the said dedications, in so far as they apply to or affect the areas described hereunder.
