Verandah Post Smacked
On Saturday last a truck backed into one of the end wooden stanchions supporting the upstairs verandah of the Post Office Hotel, and pushed it out of alignment. As a result portion of the flooring sagged to rather an alarming extent, but luckily it held, and, with no further damage occurring, repairs were effected5
