Bush Fire Brigades.
Yarrabin Bush Fire Brigade wrote stating that a decision had been made to divide the Yarrabin Bush Fire Brigade area into two parts, one to be serviced by the Yarrabin Brigade and the other by a new brigade to be called the 12 Mile Bush Fire Brigade, pointing out that it is proposed to hand over to the new brigade certain manual equipment and advising that the following will be the senior officers of the Yarrabin Brigade: Captain, G. V. D. Whale; vice captain, N. Cunningham; deputy captains, R. A. Endacott and H. Denniss; chairman, K. Kelly; hon. secretary and treasurer, M. G. P. Lewis1 .
