HOME WITH A VIEW IS SOLD AT ULAN
The well known property “Claralla” in the Turill - Durridgere area was recently purchased by Mr. Douglas Baglin.
It was previously owned by the late Mr. Ira Nevell of Mudgee, and had been owned by the Nevell family for two generations.
It was selected by one of the district’s pioneers, the late Mr. Henry Nevell.
The beautiful solid old home of hand-cut sandstone is a relic of the hard work of stonemasons and builders of the past era.
Mr. Baglin who is interested in photography should be able to find good photographic material in this district1 .
