FREEZING WORKS FOR RYLSTONE.
Messrs. Booth and Paddison, of the Rylstone Butter Factory, have established a freezing works in connection with their other undertaking. This is a progressive step, and we hope the initiative and energy of these gentlemen are attended with success1

THE LOCAL FREEZING WORKS.
Since establishing a local freezing works for rabbits, Mr. Paddison, the manager, has encountered all sorts of opposition. Of course, it's a free country, and we all sell to the highest bidder,so that no claim on the score of values can be put forward. But, all things being equal, we feel sure the whole district will join with us in saying that the Rylstone freezing works deserve the first call, and if they fail to please, well - then it’s a matter for the seller to find the best market. But without desiring to advance any unjust claim for recognition of the local freezing works, we think, firstly, that its establishment is a great incentive for all to hunt bunny down; and, secondly, that every settler should do all he can to help it; and whilst we wish them all success, we must confess that, as in all other businesses, it must put up with whatever competition the trade at tracts, and there is no doubt but what the local concern can stand up against any competition that presents itself2

FREEZING WORKS AT RYLSTONE.
Messrs. Booth and Paddison have just completed building a fine up-to-date freezing works. The machinery is a combination of Waugh and Josephson and 'Linde.' and is duplicated throughout. The works are facing the railway line and adjacent to the butter factory. Solid concrete foundations are built throughout the numerous freezing rooms, and nearly 5000 feet of ammonia pining has been used in the works. The water spray for condensor is the latest design. A Customs Officer inspected the works on Wednesday, and was much impressed with the arrangements3

RYLSTONE FREEZING WORKS.
Rylstone Freezing Works has now five receiving depots for rabbits, two new stations being added last week, viz., Lue (Mr. Bennett) and Ilford (Mr. Spradbrow). The matter of water supply for the summer is not being overlooked by the energetic manager, Mr. Paddison. An addition is being made to the tank from which the water for the steam engines is obtained. Messrs, David and Sydney Taylor have the work in progress. Additional freezing accommodation is also being provided4

UNEMPLOYMENT AT RYLSTONE
RYLSTONE, Saturday.
The local freezing works have closed down temporarily. Over 100 men have been thrown out of employment5

In a recent issue we announced that the Rylstone freezing works had been closed. This is incorrect. It is working at full pressure. The new Binnaway works have not yet been opened, but they will start operations shortly6

FREEZING WORKS FOR YAMBLE.
Mr. Paddison, of the Rylstone Freezing Works, has made an inspection of the old butter factory at Yamble, and now has it under offer, for the purpose of starting a freezing works. There is a considerable amount of country that has not received much attention from rabbit trappers, and the possibilities in front of the scheme seem bright7

For the purpose of amalgamating with Curtis and Curtis, Limited, the Barraba Freezing Co. Ltd., the Binnaway Freezing Co. Ltd., the Mundooran Freezing Co. Ltd., the Oberon Freezing Co. Ltd., the Rylstone Freezing Co. Ltd., the Taralga Freezing Co. Ltd. have passed into voluntary liquidation. - Wagga Express9

RYLSTONE FREEZING WORKS.
The consistent prices ruling for rabbits has given a decided impetus to trade at the Rylstone freezing works. Mr. F. J. Staff, the enterprising proprietor, and his staff are working at high pressure to cope with the large supplies from Glen Alice, Narrango, Cudgegong, Bylong. and surrounding places. On Friday last 1300 pairs were received11

WAR ON RABBITS
Freezing Works Affected RYLSTONE. Thursday.
District land-owners are making such a war on rabbits that the Rylstone freezing works have had to close down, as supplies are unprocurable in sufficient quantities. The district boning works are also finding it hard to get supplies. Extensive netting, poisoning, and digging out is vigorously proceeding throughout the district12

The Rylstone freezing works were re-opened last week, after being closed down for over twelve months. R. Little and Company, Sydney are the new proprietors13
