NEW BAKERY
Mr. John Gawthorne proposes to start as a baker in Mudgee. He has purchased the shop in Perry-street in which for many years Mr. C. Swords successfully carried on his grocery and green grocery business which he intends to thoroughly renovate and fit up as an up-to-date bakery, installing ovens and so forth1

28 May 1921 Laura Adelaide Clarke, married woman, of Abbotsford sold part of Allotment Number twelve of Section Numb Seventee to John Gawthorne, baker, of Mudgee, for £3752 .

New Bakery Business.
Mr. Jack Gawthorne who was to have started his new bakery business in Perry-street, Mugee during this week, has been delayed on account of some of the material required for his business not coming to hand in time. He will however make a start definitely on Monday next, when he will be able to cater for all requirements in connection with the bakery line3
