Cudgegong Agricultural Bureau
The monthly meeting of the Cudgegong Agricultural Bureau was held in the local hall on Tuesday last, there being an attendance of thirty-six members and several visitors including Mr. Dud Mills, the guest speaker for the evening. All were welcomed by the president, Mr. L. Perram. Mention was made of the Mitchell Divisional Convention to be held at Oberon on February 3, and a number of members expressed their intention of being present. Lengthy discussion took place concerning the Mudgee District Show Exhibit, and arrangements were made for this and for the visit of Miss Parr (fruit preservation officer) to Cudgegong on February 17, guest speaker, Mr. Mills, spoke most entertainingly on life in the Kimberleys, where he spent many years. His knowledge of a vast number of subjects which he touched upon was educational and interesting to all persons present1
