Property Sale. - Mr. T. K. Bennett, of Mudgee South, has purchased Mr. C. Mason's property in Church Street, and intends to effect extensive and up to date improvements; including the installation of the island window system, a novelty for Mudgee. When completed the premises will be a decided ornament to Church Street, and we congratulate Mr. Bennett on his enterprise. The Money Savers have arranged for a lease of the shop, and will remove from their present premises as soon as the alterations are completed1 .
