HAS received instructions from Mrs. Walter Hawkins to sell by auction at her residence, Gladstone street, Mudgee, the Equity of Redemption in the Federal Building Society of her Residence and Butcher Shop, situated in Gladstone street, Mudgee, opposite Braeholme Hospital.
The Residence Comprises: - Three Brick Rooms and kitchen, Bathroom, Wash-house, Office, Electric Light, Gas and Telephone, Verandah front and side, whilst the Butcher's Shop is newly built (concrete structure), with large Motor Shed at back.
A large quantity of Furniture will also be sold, comprising: -
Dining Room. - I Piano (in good order), 1 large Sideboard, 1 small Sideboard, 1 Extension Table, Phonograph (in good order, with six dozen records), Fender and Iron, Over-mantel, Pictures, Lino, (in good order) etc., etc.,
No. 1 Bedroom. - 1 Table, Wardrobe, Dressing Table, Combination Chest, 1 double Bed and Mattress, Lino, Baby's Cot, Chairs, etc.
No. 2 Bedroom. - I Single Bed, 1 Wardrobe, I Combination Chest, I Skeleton Wardrobe, Chairs, etc.
Verandah. - 3 Single Beds, Baby's Chair, Verandah Chairs, etc.
Kitchen. - Dresser, Table, Chairs, Lino, Cooking Utensils, etc. Bathroom. - 1 Bath Heater 1 Bath.
Wash-house. - Tubs and Copper.
Also a great many more articles too numerous to mention.
Also: 1 Spring Cart, I Butcher's Cart, and I Horse and Set of Harness.
