On 28 March 1935 Clarence Richard Weis, of Birriwa, sold Roxanna to George Thomas Nott, of Cobbora for £7,200. At the time Roxanna comprised 1,420 acres. 500 acres being Portion 44, Parish Merotherie, County Bligh. 160 acres being Portion 43, Parish Narragamba, CLOunty Bligh. 480 acres being Portion 44, Parish Narragamba, County Bligh. 280 acres being Portion 35, Parish Narragamba, County Bligh.
