Cottage at Gulgong for Sale.
Extensions and additions that are being carried out at the Prince of Wales Theatre, Gulgong, necessitate the removal of the cottage which fronts Robinson Street, at the rear of the theatre. Smith and Foster advertise particulars of the sale in this issue. The cottage is a substantially constructed one, of five rooms, having walls of galvanised iron, lined throughout with New Zealand pine, and will no doubt, interest those in search of a home at a moderate price1
