THE property "Woodlands," at Grattai, was bought from Boyd Bros, by Mr. R. H. Crossing yesterday. The property is of 803 acres, and was sold at £3/2/ an acre, present title. The sale was conducted by Mara Bros., auctioneers, of Mudgee, at the Criterion Theatre, in the presence of a big crowd1
