History: Cunninghams Creel Woolpack Inn

On 15 April 1856, Edward Readford of Cunninghams Creek, was granted a licence for the Woolpack Inn, on the Mudgee Road at Cunninghams Creek. It was 12 miles to the nearest licenced premises. Edward's sureties were William Wield Armstrong, of Rylstone, and Reuben Leader, of Round Swamp. Thomas Readford was the proprietor1 .
