PROPOSED REVOCATION OF DEDICATIONS
WHEREAS under section 25 of the Crown Lands Consolidation Acts, 1913, it is proposed to revoke land dedicated by the Crown; and whereas I am of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest to revoke the said dedications of the areas described hereunder: Now, therefore, notice is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of the 25th section of the Crown Lands Consolidation Act, 1913, that it is proposed to deal with the said dedications in the following manner, that is to say, to revoke the said dedications in so far as they apply to or affect the areas described hereunder.
Land District-Mudgee; Shire-Cudgegong; County Phillip, parish Bayly, being portions 179 and 180, 1 acre 2 roods, dedicated for Wesleyan Church and Minister's Residence, Gazette, 14th February, 1873. C. 276-1,984. L.B. 64-323. P. 64-7851 .
