Proposals under section 25, Crown Lands Consolidation
Act, 1913, in respect of revocations of dedications.
WHEREAS I am of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest to resume the areas of land respectively described in the Schedule hereto: Now, therefore, notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of the 25th Section of the Crown Lands Consolidation Act, 1913, that it is proposed to deal with the said lands in the manner following, that is to say,-to revoke the respective dedications, dedications and grants (as the case may be) or parts thereof heretofore made, and to rededicate the areas where specified for the respective purposes.

Description of an area of 1 rood at Cooyal, being part
of an area of 6 acres, Cooyal Park, proclaimed 23rd July, 1913, the dedication of which part it is intended to revoke, and which part it is intended to rededicate for School of Arts Site.
EASTERN DIVISION.
Land District of Mudgee, and Cudgegong Shire.
All that piece or parcel of land situate at Cooyal, county of Phillip, and parish of Bayly, containing an area of 1 rood, being portion 895 as shown on Plans P. 3,930-2,125 and Misc. 1,330 Oe. Misc. 1927-8,6261 .
